I unfortunately, for a while, was caught in an endless cycle of having to return a cooler via a pre-paid Fed-Ex slip on a weekly basis. Easy, right?\r

That took me 20-30 minutes each time. As I stood waiting in line, at around 7:30 in the morning, when most people are in a hurry to get to work, one employee would slowly help the Fed Ex line while others seemed to do work at random. \r

Twice now I have had to use the copiers. I have come in, explained that I don't really know what I'm doing and could they help me? only to be told that its easy. Then when the MACHINE did things wrong (and really, I'm not kidding, I was told to put the paper in one way, and it did it wrong) and I end up with 50 wrong copies, don't just "fix" it and walk away because it does it wrong again and then I have to wait for you to come back.
