Leslie at FedEx did a masterful job of talking me through a rushed print job. Even from 1,000s of miles away, she was patient, professional, and personable. After several phonecalls all over Roanoke of people telling me what the Couldn't do in 24 hours, it was refreshing to find a printing center that ""gets it"" and knows how to serve up professional help with just enough southern hospitality to remind you of where you are calling! Thanks to the crew out there in Virginia!! This Northwest gal is a FAN!! more
