Kinko's on Beverly will sooth your coping fears 6/16/2005

The company I work for does frequent business with this Kinko's. The employees there go out of there way to express their thanks for the repeat business and provide discounts and extra service. Not something you would expect from a corporate chain. In addition, I have witnessed many a rude customer and have never seen any employee lose their professionalism.
