If you go there and the asian guy helps you - find someone else or wait for the REAL FedEx guy to show up. This guy is totally incompetent. I had to work with him twice and both times were a disaster. Shame on you FedEx Kinko for allowing someone so incompetent to service your customers and to leave him alone in the store is only going to lead to workplace violence. more

Idiots, no other way of phrasing it 3/17/2012

Idiots, no other way of putting it. In the past week, have messed numerous things up. Example, left a message on my phone stating I had a package waiting to be picked up. I called back to verify there ACTUALLY was a package there, and was told it was physically there. I drove to pick it up, and go figure, it wasnt there. This is just the last of numerous issues I have had in the past 2 weeks. I am for now on avoiding Fedex and this location like the plague. Pros: null Cons: null more
