Great Customer Service 9/19/2005

I consider myself to be somewhat computer savy, but when I went into Kinko's I found that I'm a little behind the times. I had a disk with pictures I need to print, and then also needed to make some color copies. The young man working was so helpful! My disk was very large, and was hard to open, but he tried it on a few different computers until we got it to work. Then he helped me with the color copier too. Every time I have gone into Kinko's since, he greets me with a smile...and with his help the first time, he showed me how everything works, so I am now able to do it myself! PROS: very helpful and friendly CONS: more
