I went into FedEx Kinko's to get some business cards printed and print one sample brochure off a CD. I was there for over 20 minutes and came out with nothing! I counted 8 employees and 4 customers yet none of the customers were being helped, all of the employees were just working on there own projects or talking to each other. When someone finally did help me he was clueless. He forgot to give me the CD back and when I called less than 30 minutes later, they couldn't find it. How does a CD just get lost? I stopped in again to see if they could find the CD. This time there was a line of customers and again, no one was helping them. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
