I used to think that these chains had good service throughout all of their stores. However, this Kinko's center is particularly bad. On more than one occasion they have lost my order. I understand that submitting things online is not foolproof. However, I expect a service based instituion to assist me in getting the problem fixed. The last time I used this particular branch, they did not finish the print job, already charged my credit card, and told me simply that I needed to call corporate to get my money back. AND that I needed to call in after filing the order online, as instructed by the confimation email. Not surprisingly that is not in the email at all. Not what I consider customer service and very frusterating when you actually need your order right away
