Feazel did an excellent job from start to finish. Joe did an excellent job guiding us through the process. He carefully explained our options and how the would work. The crew arrived early and did an amazing job, including clean up. I will definitely recommend Feazel to anyone needing a new roof. more

Great quality and value 7/7/2016

I am really happy with the quality of the work that the guys over at Feazel did for us recently. The workers were great and they did some great work. There was great communication between us and the office which was really nice. However while there was good communication between us and the office there seemed to be a little disconnect between the office and the guys who came out to do the work. When they showed up to our home they did not know what they needed to do and so they had to go and come back later which was weird. Due to the rain it took a while for us to schedule them to come by which was not great. That being said they are a really nice company and the workers are really friendly and courteous. They do great work and I am very happy we went with them because they definitely provide excellent value. The workers could stand to be a little more informative towards their customers as well, but other than that everything is great. more

My experience was very good. 7/5/2016

The people at Feazel came to fix some flashing around the vent pipes on my roof and so far, it's been good. It took them a few hours to complete the job and the work they did looks really nice. The only problem I had was trying to get them to come out. I feel they could have communicated better and called me back to fix the repair in a timely manner but it may have had something to do with the bad weather, so maybe they were slammed. Overall I'm satisfied, they did a good job and fixed the problem for me. more

I was extremely impressed with Feazel's overall professionalism and performance. Mark Daggett and Bryan both went above and beyond to make getting a new roof a fabulous experience. Everything was explained in thorough detail and the follow through on what was promised couldn't have been better! Also impressed with quality control inspector, Jeremy. Everyone was prompt - all appointments - right on time and I was always treated with courtesy and respect. Love our new roof! more

They did a fine job. 6/10/2016

I was really happy with the work that the guys over at Feazel did for me recently. The guys who did the work were on time and very pleasant. They got right to work and did not dilly dally which I really appreciated. They did a fine job and I was very pleased with the results. The only reason that I can not give them five stars across the board is that I did have to call them several times in order to get a follow up once they were finished. Other than that though everything went smoothly and I am very pleased. more

Quick to schedule, kept their commitment and great customer service. 5/9/2016

I've used Feazel once for one specific job, I had a broken issue that needed to be repaired, that was this summer, this year. I liked them because they were quick to schedule and prompt in keeping their commitment. There was an additional issue that came up that we wanted them to look into after they came and they came right out within a couple of days to work on that addition without charging us any additional fees. They have very good customer service. They are very good and we are very happy. more

Great work, but no follow up 5/2/2016

As far as all the work done for me by the guys over at Feazel I am incredibly happy. The lead contact guy who did the roof inspection and made the arrangements with my insurance was fantastic. They did the work while my wife and I were at work and so we came home and our roof was done. The roof looks great and they left no mess or residue on our lawn which was great. The thing that really bothered me was that they never bothered to follow up to see how I liked their work. I got a little form in the mail a month later asking for feedback but no actual follow up which is really important to me. If it were not for the lack of follow up, I would have given them five stars across the board. more
