It was such an unpleasant experience........couldn't believe that someone can even talk like that with their customers.you wont be given proper ,correct information about return policies even if you ask them .......finally it will become your mistake if you sign on the payment receipt with out reading/understanding the return policies and giving the wrong information will never be the stores /owners mistake even though the store employee/sales person agrees that it was her mistake.Here the owner does't stand by her employees or does't even understand how her employee is feeling that time but tells the customers that its not her responsibility to refund the money as it was not told by the owner of the store but by the employee of the store.pity for the people working there
and don't believe all those positive reviews ,all those must have been written by people working for that owner or designers who work together with her.Go look around the store but before buying think 10000 times whether that size fits your room or not etc etc because you won't be getting second choice even though you return or cancel the order in 2 working days as it is.And take time and read all the return policy instructions before you sign even though the sales person says that it is refundable.......if you dont have that much patience or if you want good customer service then look for another store as money comes from hard working for most of us.Not only the quality/variety but
the respect you are getting is also important.There are lot of other places where there are wide variety of options along with good customer service (while returning also if one can return the product as it is and if one can return in couple of working days).don't llose your peace and respect by arguing with that type of people.........that's the moral of this story.
