We inherited an enormous awning with our home in Mt. Airy and it has required attention over the years. I have been a client of Feasterville Awning for the last six years. They are located near the Willow Grove Mall in a convenient corporate park. They have done amazing work reapairing our awning to make it look new again! They are extremely polite and professional. They are prompt and careful in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new awning, set up or repair. more

We have been dealing with Feasterville Awning Co. for many years now. The service was never what you would call outstanding but for the 2 times a year we saw them we let it go. Until now, a couple of months ago we called and made an appointment to get our tent put up as we do every year for outside dining patio. Everything was fine and the was set for the 12th of April. Now two days later still no tent or call for that matter. Finally after 2 calls we received a call which went right to our receptionist whom was given a message. ""How does it feel to want?"" was the phrasing used by not just an employee but the Owner Ralph. He proceeded to go on that he has to wait for his payments so we have to wait for the tent. After receiving the message the our owner returned the call and was promptly hung up on. Excuse me but is this how business is handled; if you want your cash on delivery then ask for a COD otherwise we will continue to pay 90 days out as we always have, I am sorry but that is our policy. Cons: Customer service, there was none! more
