Fear Farm

The vendors were all there, music was good. Food vendors I know lost money. Not a lot of people showed for this event. $5.00 dollars to park in a lot that was full of large sharp rocks. People were getting flats. No safety or thought was given to people leaving the venue. One lane dirt road in; same dirt road out. Too many close calls for head on accidents. When my husband spoke to a sheriff at the entrance about the no traffic control, he said we were on private property. I hope no one shows for any of the events at Fear Farms. All they want is to collect the parking and entrance fee. What happens to the (good vendors); I am sure they won't be back or the patrons looking for safe family outing. I heard about the long lines for other venues at Fear Farms, but I had high hopes for the Blues Bruise & BBQs event on May 5, 2012. We are very sorry we went. We will not go back to Fear Farms. more

What a waste of $20, people jump lines, wait time for each section is anywhere from 1/2 hour+ to 2 hours. The attraction is NOT scary at all, it takes 30 minutes standing in line just to get a ticket to stand in another line. Rent several good movies instead. more

If you or your family scares easily, this is a great place to go for a frightening night. However, if you are looking for a good clever scary night, Fear Farm's 4 houses/mazes are not worth it since the admission price is nearly $20 a person and the wait is 10x as long as the attraction. Watch a scary movie or go trick or treating instead. more

This is a great place to bring the whole family including the kids. It's too bad that it only comes around once a year. There is something for everyone to do there. The ticket people are extremely helpful and friendly. Look forward to next year for the best place to go for a good Halloween scare. They have a corn maze which is not haunted so it's great for little kids. They also have 3 haunted mazes. They also have a tractor ride for the little ones. more
