They were very professional, honest and great to work with and ensured my car was pristine. I would definitely recommend FCC to all my friends and family.

The intake person said they'd fix some nicks on my car gratis but they forgot--I was disappointed but since it wasn't the service I paid for I couldn't complain. more

They are located about 4 miles from my house, and I didn't have a ride and they were nice enough to give me one. They are a good company, with really good people working there. I really appreciated that depth of customer service. more

I think that overall my experience has been great. Everyone is just fantastic. Very detail oriented. They do not cut corners. They are probably not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. \r more

Their customer service was great. They went above and beyond in dealing with my insurance as well the insurance company of the woman who hit me. They did everything to make sure I was satisfied. more

I got my car repaired after being rear-ended. They took care of not only the minor damage due to the accident but also other blemishes (prior to the accident) on the bumper. more

They did an awesome Job! The estimator was really helpful and knowledgeable, and kept us up to date with what was happening with teh car and the insureance company. And they're honest - when they came in under budget, they worked it out with the insurance company. I'm sure other places would have found ways to just 'eat up' what the estimate was approved for. Great Job Guys - Thanks. more

I spoke to my contact with FCC Collision Centers. I spoke to another employee too, and they were both very friendly and courteous. They set up and ordered the parts on the day of the accident. I brought the car in the following Monday. The car was repaired a day earlier than planned! It was the easiest transaction I ever had to deal with for a collision! It was very automated. more
