best customer service 5/6/2010

Best service in town. Respectable dealer with a staff that enjoys what they do and customer service to put Zappos out of business. I have received numerous calls following up with me and making sure I’m taking care of to the maximum. Joel really impressed me with his work ethic and eagerness to assist me in every way. I purchased 2010 Endeavor simply by working with Joel over the phone due to being out of town 5-6 days out of my week. I came in this weekend and took delivery the quality of service was a 10 Star service. I commend Mitsubishi Fazeli for the quality of customer service they provide before, during, and after the sale. more

4 years of service -and service only gets better 4/13/2010

Four years running and the service only gets better. For the past four years I’ve been coming here to do business. I’m happy to say this is excellent service every time I come in here. \r Today we went for our regular maintenance routine and while my wife and I waited we went and walked around looking at vehicles for fun. Mike comes up to us to ask about our car and family and just shoot small talk with us. My wife grew interest in a Mitsubishi Outlander but we said we really can’t afford that right now. I have got to say, not only has Fazeli been taking care of us for over four years and haven’t had anything but great experiences since day one but now have made us the happiest we’ve ever been.\r My wife didn’t need a new vehicle but they gave us more than we expected for her little beater that we couldn’t refuse or pass up such a great deal. Now we have gotten a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander and got a payment we are more than comfortable with. Many people search all over for deals like this and without looking we found one. We are very satisfied and grateful for the outstanding first class service we receive every single time we come in.\r Michael you did an incredible job once again my man. \r Pros: great customer service skills more

Treated like a millionaire 4/10/2010

Why is that every dealership I’ve been to they act if you don’t look you can buy then you’re not given the time of day?! \r \r Really tells me something about every other dealership out there theyr’e all the same! Except Mitsubishi Fazeli, I came in was welcomed right away with open arms and right away took interest in me.. now I know I cant finance water, but my granpa has perfect credit he’s over 800 and I never told thm that cause I wanted to give my business to the dealership that deserved it and treated me well. \r \r Alex did everything beyond imagination to help me out in any way possible without knowing anything about my granpa. Its crazy how dealers judge you. I love Mitsusbishi Fazeli this dealership cares and really tries hard to help anyone. I bought a brand new 2010 mitsubishi lancer ralliart with 4 miles on it! To Mitsubishi Fazeli who fought hard to help me in every way they could without knowing I had plenty of money and a co-signer with perfect credit… I thank you guys tremendously for the honest effort and hard work and treating me like a millionaire. \r Pros: treated like a millionaire more

World Class Service 4/10/2010

I went yesterday to Mitsubishi Fazeli cause I was searching the internet and I heard a lot of good things about this dealership but I didn’t think it would be this good. From minute one til the end Mario took care of me and got me a 2009 Altima 2.5 with low miles and a payment lower than what my budget was so now I’ll just pay my car off quickly. Mitsubishi really hustled to take care of me and my needs. These people are honest, hassle free, and know the real meaning of customer service. Forgive the last words but i'm just thankful I didnt have to deal with any BS that i'm used to at all dealerships. That's what makes Fazeli completely different. Pros: honest, know their stuff, know customer service more

Fazeli Mitsubishi gave me BEST DEAL 3/13/2010

I’ve been car shopping for over 4 months because I need an SUV that works for me, my two kids, and my dog. I currently have a car that’s ok but I need something that’s safe and spacious and am not worried is gonna break down on me as I am a single mother, I worry about the safety of my kids. Last Thursday I took a day off and decided to go car shopping after my car overheated on 635. My friend and I went all over DFW and no one could help me get into an SUV that I felt was affordable and reliable…. I must have been to 5 dealerships and was treated like dirt and kicked right out of every dealership, most didn’t even want to try to help aside from trying to sell me a car I clearly did not want… on top of being pushy and aggressive as if I’m incompetent and know nothing about buying cars. After almost giving up I walked in to the last place I said “no more car shopping I give up!” I drove by Mitsubishi Fazelli and immediately the vibe was just different. I was immediately greeted and instead of pushing me asking about how much money I had to put down or what my credit was like, they clearly only wanted to find me what I was looking for. I worked with Jonathan and he just made me feel like I was very welcomed and listened to everything I wanted in an SUV… after every other dealer kept trying to shove me into a car.. Mitsubishi Fazelli was the only place that made me feel comfortable and important. After only spending about 35 minutes there johnathan leaves for 5 minutes and comes back with this absolutely beautiful mistsubishi endeavor in a deep red/maroon color… OMG I was like “ I want it!!!” he says, go drive it. .. of course scared of rejection I said, I don’t think I can afford it… I drove one earlier and the other salesman at the other dealer said it was way out of my price. Johnathan smiles at me, grabs my handbag and says “just give it a whirl” so I did! I was hesitant that I wouldn’t be able to buy it because this was best test drive I have ever been on.. completely smooth, only 11,000 miles on it, a beautiful color, and keyless entry, heated seats (which my kids just LOVE) , I mean I just got way MORE than I though I ever could, I feel my prayers were answered with the way I was treated and the SUV that I wanted and thought was a far reach. Now i’m driving a 2009 Mitsubishi endeavor that rides unbelievably smooth and completely makes me and my family safe. I want the whole world to know that the people at Mitsubishi Fazelli will take care of you and best of all beat ANY DEAL OUT THERE! I went to 5 dealerships prior to here and not 1, NOT 1,\r got close to the deal I got here! I’ll always return to purchase here in the future and send my family and friends. \r Pros: best customer service and deals more

Fazeli Mitsubishi Best Mitsubishi Dealer in DFW!! 1/11/2010

I just got a new truck, so my wife said it was time to get HER a new car! Well a new car turned into a New Mitsubishi Outlander!! We shopped all over the DFW Metroplex. Oh my gosh my feet were hurting by the time we found the right deal, but the right deal we did find! We found Fazeli Mitsubishi through a friend. So we went over there and met with a guy named Brad. He turned out to be real nice and boy does he know his product! Brad kept us from making a mistake that would have made us very UNHAPPY. But because Brad knew what he was talking about, We Are Very Happy With Fazeli Mitsubishi!! And we got a really good price for our trade-in which was really the sticking point with all of the other dealerships we went to. Just go to their website or call and ask for Brad or his partner Scott. They will do right by you! Pros: Knowledge, Price, Quick, Trade in value Cons: You are going to have to drive some! more

Fazeli Mitsubishi Helped My Wife 1/10/2010

My wife has a 2006 Mitsubishi and she works in Mesquite. The other day, the car started to start very slowly and so she took it in to Fazeli because she wanted to take it to experts who work on Mitsubishi cars all the time and besides they are trained specifically on Mitsubishi. She was worried that it was going to be something major, but they told her that it was the original battery and that all she needed was a new one. It did not cost much and is now starting correctly. So they were nice to my wife and they did not take advantage of her. The service was first class and the price was fair. I appreciate this kind of service and thus I wanted to say thanks. -- Jim? Pros: Honesty in their Service Department Cons: They were great more

Great Customer Service 1/6/2010

I took my Mitsubishi into Fazeli Mitsubishi yesterday at 3:00 PM for a brake job. The car was ready at 5:00 PM. They did an expert job quickly and I appreciate it greatly. The price was also lower than expected. I know the job was done correctly by experts. Pros: Service Completed by Experts Cons: None -- They did a great job more

Great Place to buy a New Mitsubishi!! 1/1/2010

Wife and I bought a New Mitsubishi Galant here a few weeks ago from Scott who runs their internet department. Got a great deal, simple, straight forward and even helped out with out tricky credit. We went to three other Mitsubishi dealers in the Dallas Fort Worth area and they all treated us like vermin. Fazeli Mitsubishi of Dallas treated us like kings and gave us an amazing deal!! I'm a customer for life!! Pros: Best New Mitsubishi Dealer in Dallas!! Cons: Far from my house more

Terrible Customer Service 7/24/2009

I have had to deal with this dealership, though I have never done business with them myself. One of the residents of the shelter where I work as an summer intern purchased a car from Fazeli Mitsubishi, had it for a week or two, and was then made to return it. Though I don't know the details, I think that something went wrong with her loan. Why a dealership would give someone a car before his/her loan has cleared, I can't imagine. Why they would offer a car to someone who has no job and no home in the first place, I don't know.\r \r When I went to pick up this woman after she'd dropped her car off, I found her very upset. She didn't understand why they had taken the car back, so I went inside with her to try to get a copy of her contracts and paperwork. I hoped to explain the situation to her. I don't know what had happened prior to my arrival, but here is my experience:\r \r When we went inside, the general sales manager, Wally Bello, came out and began what can only be described as an utterly immature exchange with the customer. He didn't acknowledge me at all, so I said hello. I politely requested copies of her paperwork. I was seated at a table and Mr. Bello (who is a large man) was standing up. He leaned down fairly close to my face and asked me in a condescending tone, ""Ohhh you want copies of her papers? Are you an attorneyyy? Let me see your attorney's license."" I replied that I was not an attorney, but that she had the legal right to have a copy of any papers she had signed.\r \r He, still towering over me, began to mock me, saying, "" OK, 'Miss Rights', if you are not an attorney you don't know anything about the law."" At this point I actually felt physically threatened by Mr. Bello, so I stood up. I repeated the request, but he refused and we ultimately left without the copies. I contacted an attorney, who finally was able to get copies sent. The attorney was told I had been ""belligerant"" .Anyone who knows me would find this laughable, as I am much more likely to be described as calm, quiet, even shy. In addition, I had no reason whatsoever to be upset because I had no stake in the situation.\r \r Mr. Bello was incredibly disrespectful, and I feel it was in part because I am a young woman. He was apparently trying to physically intimidate me and I cannot imagine that he would have treated a man in such a manner. I have never been treated so poorly, especially not by someone in customer service. Pros: None Cons: Predatory practices, TERRIBLE customer service. more

WORST DEALERSHIP IN TOWN 1/29/2009

I went on-line and was approved through a bank called Road Loans, it is a bank that specialzes in helping people rebuild their credit after bankruptcy, anywho...I was approved by this bank and was referred to this dealership by this bank. I get there with my loan approval in hand, meet with the sales man and the GSM along with the finance manager and they are rushing like crazy to accomadate me. They ask me how much cash I can put down as well, which btw, my approved loan requires me to put down $2000.00, which I have and am willing to put down. They say, great what are you looking for..... I tell them I am looking at getting into an SUVish/crossover type vehicle....""no problem"" they say, they put me in a Pontiac Torrent, I drive it home they call me back to the dealership the next day and tell me they need $4500.00 down. I come up to the dealership and return the Torrent, so then they say they can put me into a fully loaded 06 Chevy HHR, no problem, I test drive the car, has all the things I am looking for and we go into the finance office and we assume the paperwork for the deal. They put the numbers together, I give them the $2000.00 down, they configure my interest and loan terms, which come out under the amount I am approved for, I sign the papers, they shake my hand and congradulate me on my new/used car. I drive off, happy as a child on christmas morning....three days later, I get a call from the dealership saying I need to come down and sign a couple of papers that they forgot to have me sign concerning my loan through RoadLoans. I arrive at the dealership expecting to sign and leave and I am brought into the finance office and told that there is a problem with my loan. I say to them, there is no problem with my loan because I am bank approved and they start talking all this nonsense..long story short, they undersold me the car by $600.00, they wanted me to give them the money, I wouldn't they forced me out of thecar..I am hiring an attorney. Cons: They get you in there, then when they make the mistake you are treated with disrespect and lack of concern for business ethics and mannerisms. more
