This was my third time to use Fayetteville Tire and Auto, and I have been very, very pleased each time. The owner Chad, is always helpful, but most importantly, he's HONEST about what does, and doesn't need to be done. All auto repair is pricey, but I shopped around, and their prices are very comparable to other places in the area. I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else :) more

The service was great as usual. However, I did have 1 complaint. The amount charged was between $64-80 more than I hade expected. The tire prices were $136.99 when everywhere else around they were like $120.99. Supposedly, the extra charge per tire was due to my current set of tires which I bought here too, were prorated due to only getting 33,000 miles instead of the 50,000 warranted. It doesn't seem fair for the new tire price to be increased by $16 per tire just because my current set of tires didn't get the warranted mileage. Also, the alignment was checked and had to be corrected. However, I may have to return and have it re-checked as it appears to be off now where as before the car drove fine just worn out tires. With this said, I like Chad and the staff. They have always been friendly and performed good quality work. I would still recommend them. There is no place that will always satisfy any of us. Something will always happen. It's how the issue is addressed/corrected that makes a place worth recommendation and coming back to. Let's see how this issue is handled. Doug Milligan more
