Fat Boys Golf Carts was created by a father-daughter team, Steve and Cindal Smallwood, who took a shared passion for carts and turned it into a fun career. In 2004, they started building custom-bodied golf carts, such as the “65 Pony†and the “57 Classic†just for fun. After seeing how much attention their carts were attracting (and getting offers to buy their personal carts), they decided to build a few more to sell.
At first, the newly crafted carts were displayed and sold outside of their convenience store. But soon growing demand for their product forced the team to seek a location more suited for their cart business. They ventured out and soon discovered a great location that offered high visibility and plenty of room to display their carts and accessories. At Fat Boys Golf Carts, you’ll now find a full selection of Club Car, Ez-Go, and Yamaha golf carts.
In addition to showcasing products, the new location also offered enough space to launch their in-house cart repair services, and to stock and sell many of the most commonly used cart parts.
