Classic Chevrolet is a new Chevrolet dealership in Sugar Land. The people working there are awesome!!! They are so friendly and helpful that it does not feel like a typical car b...

Worst

I found the used salesmen to be very condescending and arrogant. We bought a used car from Classic Chevrolet but the experience was quite disappointing.

Classic Chervrolet is alright in my book 10/3/2009

Just thought I'd let anybody know who cared, about my experience with Classic Chevrolet Sugarland. I bought my previous truck from Bill Heard and had no problems, like some other folks, but Classic went above and beyond to get me into a really nice, Brand New Silverado. They even got me an extra $2000 incentive from GM, that really made it an exceptional deal. The Sales Rep I worked with was Awesome and his name is Joe Johnson. I know not everybody will qualify for some of these new incentives, but Joe made me aware of them and helped me make a deal I could live with even without the 2 grand. I new full well I might not get the $2000, but the deal beat everybody else in town without it, so I bought it. The following tuesday I was informed that I made the cut. How many dealers may have not given me that money, I don't know. All I know is Classic was by far the best car buying experience I've had in a long, long time and I absolutely hate buying vehicles.\r \r I started my shopping with Classic thru email and Joe was very good in picking out some vehicles I was interested in and quoting me a preliminary price, that was a better quote than any other dealer. If y'all are in the market ask for Joe Johnson. Pros: Actually worked to my benefit not just theirs more

It really is all about ""Relax and Enjoy the Difference"" 9/30/2009

I have been in and around the Auto Industry for the last 23 years. I have worked in an arena that was hard to tell your friends that you are a ?car salesman?. I can tell you that this dealership is all about the customer, making them feel good about there purchase and not letting money get in the way of a great experience. It starts from the time you drive into the complex and are greeted with ?Hello and a big smile? and not feeling like fresh meat to a hungry Tiger. The process is sincere, heart felt and genuine, and not what you would expert from an auto dealership. When they say ?Relax and Enjoy the Difference?, they mean it. Next time you want to experience a GOOD feeling buying an automobile, give them a try. You will not go anywhere else after that. Pros: Unique way of doing business where the customer comes first. Happy HHR 5/24/2008

In the past, my experiences with car lots have been crazy. As soon as you drive up in the parking lot, its like your a lone duck and the wolves are out for the hunt! That wasnt the case at Bill Heard. We came in and actually had time to browse around and check out a few vehicles before someone came up and asked if we would like to see something. They got us test driving the car shortly and gave us time to look around a little more before deciding what we wanted to do. No pressure! Its hard enough deciding which car to buy alone without someone in your face pushing you to buy something that you may regret later. Anyway, the service we recieved was great and I drove off the lot the same day in my new 2008 HHR. No complaints about service and I am a happy camper now! Thanks Bill Heard Chevrolet! more
