We had a server crash and we needed it fixed in a hurry. We called fast-teks and the technician was there in an hour, quickly diagnosed the problem and had us up and running again in no time. Well worth the price! PLUS WE GOT A 20% DISCOUNT ON THE TWO HOURS OF SERVICE BY BUYING A MEMBERSHIP! more

Honest Convenient! 11/10/2011

When you computer is on the fritz, you feel isolated. I didn't feel like disconnecting it all and running to some store for them to ""get to when we can..."". This was a great solution, and the tech was very professional. The availability of the tech was a plus!! Would highly recccomend to anyone. more
