Service Pro Warren H was as professional as they come. We previously purchased a GE water heater. Warren stated the GE water heaters were obsolete since they were no longer in production and the model we ordered had been in inventory for the last 3 yrs. Warren took the time to review our water heater needs & offered a great discount on his recommendation. He was in and out within 1 hour. Highly recommend Warren. more

Rex is a very bright, capable, attentive, clear, and efficient technician as well as an all around great and friendly person. Fast Water Heater Company is very lucky to have him their team. Rex repeatedly called to indicate his ETA; upon arrival clearly diagnosed the issue and explained his process; was quick to inform us how soon we would have hot water again, and was very courteous about follow-up, i.e next steps should we continue to have any problems. Also, Sophie, at Fast Water Heater, the operator fielding our initial call was very efficient and friendly. I will contact this company the next time I need to purchase a new heater, or need assistance maintaining the current one. Thank you! more

Bryan M. installed my water heater very professionally. Even it is the 4th one that he installed today, he worked diligently without any shortcut. I noticed that he clean up everything after work. He picked even very tiny piece of metal that he cut out. I'm impressed with his work. I would recommend Bryan. more

Water Heater Repair 7/5/2016

Rex is very customer service focused. After getting repair parts on Friday before the three-day weekend, he agreed to work on Saturday to get the parts installed to ensure that we had hot water over the holiday. I really appreciate that level of service from him. He was professional and efficient throughout the process. more

Rex came out to replace a part that had been ordered. He arrived on time and was very professional throughout the process. Unfortunately, the company sent the wrong part so he will need to return. He explained the problem to me in detail, tried multiple other options, and finally convinced the water heater company to send the correct part. I appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail. more

The pilot light on my water heater was not working. Rex arrived on time and to ensure he understood the problem he asked a lot of questions prior to commencing any work. Upon completion he explained everything he did and why; answered my questions; and described the next steps should I incur the same or other problems. Rex was very knowledgeable, professional, and customer service focused. more
