HORRIBLE! They were hired to simply replace a master cylinder in an 06 Avalon. The owner told me to come in on a Friday. When I showed up, he was busy and I had to wait nearly an hour to be told he was too busy and to come back monday. That monday, I showed up and was told they had to order the part, come back friday. That friday I was told they still didn't have the part, come in Monday 03/31/14. That day, they tear apart my brake assembly and THEN discover the have the wrong part! They tell me it will all be fixed the next day, and after wasting another 4 hours I was on my way. The next day, the part wasn't in. So they schedule Thursday. On Thurs, the manager calls and says his main mechanic is sick, reschedule for Mon 04/07. On Sat 04/05, the owner (Reid) calls and basically says that the whole deal is too much of a headache for him, they are calling it off and to "find another mechanic". I will never go back to this shop again. I took my car to this shop after my car was involved in accident. They called me and told me that they carefully inspected my car and that my total amounted to around 1800 dollars and to pick up my car the following Wednesday. The day I was suppose to pick up my car, they called and said that they needed to replace the engine and that it will cost an extra 2000 dollars. I told them that was more than what I could afford so I looked around for places that sold engines at a lower price and a mechanic that was willing to install it for a lower rate. I towed my car to a mechanic who has a garage out of his house. This kind man was able to repair my broken engine in one day and it runs like new. How is it possible that a single man who owns a shop out of his house was able to fix my engine in one day and Fast Trax Auto with a professional garage and a team of mechanics were unable to repair my engine and kept my car for nearly two weeks. Fast Trax Auto are LIARS. He wanted us to shell out two thousand dollars to replace a working engine. I do not trust these people and I would never ever recommend this place. more
