I bought a $400 gas car that was out of the box in the display case, when I started it up for the first time the pull start would Retract , I been doing RC Cars for 7 yrs total , ...

DO NOT SHOP HERE 1/20/2011

I had called ahead for a part that i needed and was told they had put it on hold for me. So we drove from Orangevale all the way to Rocklin to pick up the part, I got there and the guy told me that 3 other people had come to pick up the same part, when the manager had told me there was only 1 in stock. dont shop here, this place will make you waste your gas and time more

THIS IS THE BEST HOBBY SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. What a great experience 9/6/2007

A friend recommended Fast Track Hobbies for me to have my sons birthday party and I'm very thankful. The kids all had a wonderful time and everyone on the staff was very polite and willing to help with everything the kids could put out. I would personally recommend this as a great variation from the ""normal"" kids birthday party. You will definitely not be disappointed. I even got a great R/C car for a gift that we play with at home and love. more

Avoid doing doing business 6/10/2006

I bought a $400 gas car that was out of the box in the display case, when I started it up for the first time the pull start would Retract , I been doing RC Cars for 7 yrs total , I can tell when a car been ""dry pulled"" and then pulled back on the shelf , I gave him the option to replace the car or give me store credit for the pull start , his option was to refer me to the Kyosho rep i'm not waiting ! , Consumers beware more
