Fast Lube Indy 3000

I had my Prius oil change done at this location. They failed to drain the old oil and added new oil. This resulted in them blowing the engine in my car. After numerous conversation with who I thought was a service manager as to them at least talking to the dealership about any repairs that can be made I was ignored. I gave them ample opportunities with no results. After a certified letter went out I was contacted by am person from an environmental company who apparently owns this oil change facility as well as one in Shirley. They stated they would put it through insurance and I waited for a response. Nothing happened and they will not return my calls. Buyer beware. Do not use these people. If they screw up your car you are only entitled to a refund of your oil change amount. I am a volunteer firefighter from this community and used them as a loyal customer for years. They blew me off. It is just not right. They do not care about you. They may be nice to your face, that is customer service. But they will not hesitate losing your business instead of doing the right thing. more

Went there with 2 different cars, and told me I did not need new coolant service on each car while performing other necessary work. Pros: Fair, good value. more

Being a female consumer, finding a place in a male dominated profession where I felt comfortable to take my car has been exhausting. I finally found a place where I can get my car serviced and know that I cant trust each employee at Indy 3000. I take my vehicle there for any issue I have, whether it be just for an oil change, or if I need any mechanical work, Indy 3000 does it all!! Overall, this is definitely the place to go for good, honest service and the people are always so nice! more
