I was moved to tears. They were so compassionate today with some very difficult people in the waiting room. Despite being very very busy, the staff moved patients in and out very efficiently. I admit even I became a little frustrated, but when I got past the waiting room and saw what they were dealing with, I was impressed. They were treating some very sick people, and doing so with such compassion. One woman, who appeared perhaps drunk, caused such a scene and the staff was so very patient with her. (They finally called the police to have her removed.) I have a new respect for medical people and the B.S. they have to put up with. Despite all that was going on today, they didn't act put out by my minor problem (ingrown toenail) or rush me through. First thing Monday morning, I am scheduling a staff meeting at my shop to make sure my own people provide this level of customer service. Good job, people! And thanks for your professionalism!
