Bad experience 9/14/2010

Sent a tatooed kid in a "wifebeater" tank top to pick up my PC. That kid gave me no receipt nor invoice upon taking my PC. It took 3 weeks for this company to tell me they couldn't retrieve my data, and then only when I called them to ask what was taking so long! Other companies guarantee 2-5 day service and I'm kicking myself for not choosing them. Don't make the same mistake as me, find a more professional outfit! more
