Made an appointment for 2:15PM. Showed up on time. Vet. Tech came out from the back, scowled at me and basically told ""You're going to be waiting a long time."" No apology, didn't offer to remake the apt., just told me this expecting it to be alright.
Now, what makes this unacceptable to me is, they had my phone number, could have called me and saved me a lot of time. My two new kittens are new to their home and still very afraid of everything, hide most of the day. Got them from a shelter and they are still learning that this is home. It took me a long time to get them into the carrier to take them to the Vet in the first place. This all could have been avoided with a courtesy call.
I could tell by the tech's attitude about it all that this is their usual way of doing business. Doesn't matter if you sit for an hour or so in the cramped waiting area. As long as they get their payment, its all good.
They didn't get my business.
