Don’t Go Here 1/4/2021

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my car in for a $34.99 car wash today. Went to leave and there's a piece of plastic sitting my my front passenger seat. The broken piece holds my drivers side visor in place. Now it bounces around when I drive my car. Showed the manager. He brought over the guy who had cleaned my car. They guy stated that he did not break it and the manager said he couldn't see anything on the video cameras. Offered to show me videos. All the video showed was the outside of the car and the guy cleaning the inside from far away. Completely unacceptable. They told me I could have a free car wash next time I come in or that they could try to superglue the piece back in. I told them that I do not want them to ever touch my car again and said no to superglue or free car wash. Asked the manager if I were to bring in a receipt from the dealer showing amount for repair. Was told that they would not be able to help me. I repeat, DO NOT GO HERE! Management be aware, I will be contacting the State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau! more

There is free coffee. They're always extremely polite when I get out of my car, at the cashier's desk and when they turn the car back over to me. There are free LA Times and LA Weekly laying around to read, and comfortable indoor or outdoor tables to wait at. I usually use the ladies' room when I'm there, and it actually smells good! more

trustworthy car wash 9/22/2010

I purposefully left some change and a buck in the car to see if it would be there when I got it back and it was. No theft is a huge plus in my book. more

I didn't have to wait long for my car to be vacuumed and sent through the car wash. It was cleaned well. I especially appreciate the job done at the end by the gentleman who wiped and polished the car - even in the heat! more
