Editorial review from Citysearch 4/7/2014

Terrible. tech. came out to fix tub motor and sink didposal. came back a month later and put motor back in. did not tighten motor and it leaked for four hours while he left to get parts for the sink. came back And did not take off muddy boots travking mud all over my home. while they worked on my sink they scuffed and scratched my wood floors up with boots. did not weAr any booties or put down any blankets. the tools they used looked like they were biught at target and did not even have a sharp bore to cut holes in floor for pipes. later after i pointed out the leak upstairs the tech tightened it but it had already dripped through my ceiling ruining the ceiling. i told the office lady i was not going to pay until my wood floors were fixed and she yelled at me and told the plumber to rip out the pipes and disposer they had just put in. days later they came over And had a wood floor guy try and sand and refinish the damaged section of floor and screwed that up too! mow i six weeks into this and still have damaged floors and a hole in my ceiling i need to fix. horrible company all around. i will never use them again for anything! more

Tech left with no attempt to repair a simple leak 1/2/2012

This is another case where HSA, home warranty company appears to be in collusion with shady service companies. Like others here, my plumbing claim was denied because the tech who came out called HSA and told them that my water heater was not properly installed. They wanted to cover $125 of a $700+ plumbing repair. Here's the kicker, it was early afternoon on Friday before a 3 day weekend. I had agreed to pay the fee even though, as expected, the tech vetoed my claim with HSA. There was plenty of time to fix the leak but the tech just left and said they would be open again on the following Tuesday so my leak continued through the weekend. The problem required attention on Monday so I got an account on Angies List and found a reputable company. After having the reputable company look at the issue, it was obvious that the claim should have been authorized and that Fasco had not identified root cause when they were here. The actual root cause of the leak was a failed pressure reducer which caused an expansion tank to fail and fill with water. The added weight in the expansion tank and the high pressure lead to plumbing leaks. The bottom line is this, if you have a warranty with HSA, tear it up and forget it. They lock you into dealing with sketchy companies like Fasco and you end up paying more than you should for sub standard work and service. more

F*%# This Company 1/28/2011

I would give them ZERO stars, but that isn't an option. Fasco's job is to come out, charge you $75 and make up an excuse for the home warranty not to have to pay for it. He said that our hot water heater didn't have a regulator. Therefore the company didn't have to fix the issue. RIDICULOUS. RUN. RUN AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND DON'T LET THEM STEP A SINGLE FOOT INTO YOUR HOME. more

Hmmm 12/29/2009

These pple don't know what they are talking about!! My home warranty company sent them out to repair a hot water heater and the tech. told me that my tank was under warranty with Home Depot and that I should take a cash out with my H/W company in order to save some money. When I did this, I tried to get the work done and found out that my tank was not under warranty in fact it had been out of warranty since 2007!! This of course left me in a bind right around Christmas time. I now know that to purchase a new gas hot water heater, you are looking to spend around $450+ You will also have to pay for permits and the extra materials in order to get it up to code. When I called the tech back out to find out about the information he had given me concerning the warranty, he basically denied ever speaking with anyone from Home Depot and said that Noland Plumbing Dist. Co had given him bogus info and he passed it on to me accidentally. Fortunately, I was able to call my warranty company and have all of this reversed and will only haveto come out of pocket with $185 no thanks to Fasco Plumbing and their techs. came to job without proper tools, will never call this co. 8/23/2006

The first visit, to repair leek in kitchen faucet, the repair did not solve the problem. Then the plumber did not have the tools to change out the faucet. They wanted to come back in two days. when they came back, they still did not have the proper tools. They wanted to remove the entire sink and saw off the leeking faucet. I cannot recommend this co. Cons: did not complete job. did not have tools more
