Fascia's Chocolates has been around for years and has one of the most loyal followings of any area candy-maker. Here they make delicious chocolates and other confections. My father swears that the dark chocolate truffles are the best in the world, and will not settle for any other kind in it's place. For the holiday's they have a nice selection of themed gifts like chocolate bunnies or santas. The staff here is super and all chocolates come wrapped with care in their signature box. THis is a wonderful family owned chocolate shop and factory with amazingly homemade chocolates. Willy Wonka has nothing on Fascia! Their shop shows the incredible assortment of chocolates that they create, including gourmet truffles, chocolate covered (you name it) and just a great bite of milk chocolate. They have beautiful gift packages from under $5 up to oversized baskets that can be special ordered. I've had packages shipped and they are packaged perfectly so that the shipment arrives in great condition. This business began in Mrs. Fascia's kitchen while her children helped and I honestly can taste the Italian Motherly love in every bite!!! This is truly a hidden gem if you're not from the Waterbury area and we love to make trips to the shop to stock back up for our treats! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! more
