Dr. Farris and his staff are excellent. He has treated all four of my family members at one time or another and is always attentive, knowledgeable and personable. He takes plenty of time to listen and doesn't rush you out. He makes us feel like special patients -- but I think he makes everyone feel that way. Dr. Doug Farris was fantastic to me. I just had my first visit and I am thrilled to have found him. He is very professional and caring. His nurse was wonderful to me the entire time I was there. Dr. Doug Farris has been our family dermatologist for several years. Recently my husband had a suspicious place on his arm and we were alarmed. When we called for an appointment, the office worked us in the next day instead of a later appointment because we were concerned. Fortunately, the place on his arm was not serious and we were greatly appreciative of Dr. Farris and his staff working us in so promptly.\r \r I have referred my boss and several friends to Dr. Farris. I was referred to Dr.Farris several years ago and have seen him for various skin related issue. He did an excellant job with my Restylane placement, all the while making sure my procedure was totally pain free. A few months ago I had a thorough check up as I had several areas of concern after years of tanning in my younger days. He removed the areas he was concerned about and sent them off for further testing.His staff was quick to call me when my report came back, a good report I might add.Most doctors don't bother to call you if a lab report is okay so I was quite impressed that they would take the time to make that call. My husband, my brother,3 friends and my employer have all seen Dr.Farris and all have told me how pleased they were with how knowledgeable and kind he was to them.My most recent visit was in May '07 when at the spur of the moment I was called by my 7 year old grandson's school.The nurse said she thought he had a ringworm and I would need to come pick him up. Dr.Farris and his staff were so kind to recognize the urgency, they allowed me to bring him in immediately.I knew this was not a life or death emergency for my grandson but I can't thank Dr.Farris enough for seeing him and soothing the fears of a loving and panic stricken grandmother. Dr. Farris does an incredible job with Botox! He takes his time and tries to be as gentle as possible. I have been to other doctors for this service but they were not as concerned with my comfort as Dr. Farris. The results look amazing without looking ""too frozen"". I have sent a couple of friends to Dr. Farris for other dermatologic issues and they were also pleased with his knowledge and the results they received. I went here and had my arm totally botched! Worst dermatologist I have EVER been to! The office is very nice, but incredibly deceiving...you would think that because it is such a nice building that the service and quality would be just that nice, but NO.
