The dental assistant, Ginger, was great. Doctor Farrell, and the billing person (LeeAnn), not good. I needed two crowns for the implants that were done by a specialist. After all dental impressions, x-rays, etc, I was scheduled for the installation. The first crown was fine. The second crown cracked and broke during installation. Dr. Farrell sent if back to the lab for replacement. I was scheduled once it arrived, and this new crown also cracked and broke during installation. He said he would use a different lab for the 3rd crown. This time it installed ok, but in the process Dr. Farrell dropped the crown on the floor--twice. The first time he disinfected it, the second time he just ran it under water. The billing system is archaic. The statements don't specify any details, not even the patient, date of service, procedure, etc. The person who handles billing is arrogant and unhelpful. I regret having used Dr. Farrell and am currently shopping for a new dental office.
