Everything has been good with Farmer's insurance Group. They have good communication and things were easy to access online. My only issue was that I bought a car two months ago, and what happened was my bill was due around the same time and I was right in the middle of switching policies. I tried calling and emailing Michael several times and received no response. I ended up calling the toll-free number and had it straightened out that way. Unfortunately there had been a late fee applied that I had to pay as well. That's my only gripe with the company. If it weren't for that one miscommunication, I would have rated them with five stars. Mike is usually available and prompt to respond to calls and emails, so I was a little surprised at the lack of response on his part. Other than that, Mike is very personable and takes time to understand and answer my questions.
