Farmers Insurance-Keith Althoff

I have had nothing but 5 star service from the Keith Althoff Insurance Company in the 30 years I have been a client. I read one 5 star review which said it all for me. A second one gave 1 star and I was astounded. I cannot think how or why she would have to give such a review. She is certainly not talking about the company I have interacted with for all the years I have lived in Arizona. more

I have been with the Keith Althoff Agency for years and couldn't disagree more with the prior review. The owner and his staff have been excellent with their advise, ease of doing business, and accomodations. Whenever we have needed quotes, changes, or additional service, they have always gone above and beyond and made we thing that was WOW service. I would give 6 stars if I could. more

This is the worst company with no standards and no customer service what so ever. They only want you money and will purposely go out of their way to not fulfill their job. i was with them for about 12 years and when it comes time they owe me money they will waste time and purposely go out of their way to make sure you wont get your refund without a fight. They will ignore your calls and never call you back then send you checks in other peoples names so you cant cash them then REFUSE to fix their mistakes and say the can no longer help you as if you are some kind of criminal when all you want is the money they owe you! Their insurance is overpriced for the lousy coverage they offer and with the terrible customer service they provide. They verbally bash other companies probably because they try to make themselves look better since they know they are a shady company who's employees are rude bitter people and shouldn't have jobs but hey when your related to the top agent you can do and say whatever you want to paying customers I guess. This company deserves 0 stars but it wont let me rate that low. more
