Great agent, friendly service, easy location. Had 2 vehicles,1 motorcycle and home owners with a different agent at a different company and this agent saved me money every month and explained an umbrella policy to me, why I should have one and still insured all my vehicles, home owners and the umbrella for less per month that I was currently paying. Customer service is great, efficient and timely!!!! 99% of the time some one answers the phone and can help me with my questions or issues immediately. Great Experience!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: Easy, Helpful, Efficient, Timely more

Terrible Customer Service 9/8/2008

Went in to buy Auto, Motorcycle, Renters, and an Umbrella policy. All of the policies did not go through immediately and the agent's assistant decided to email me instead of calling me to inform me of this. Thank God I did not cancel my previous policies before I found this out. Cons: terrible customer service more
