DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE FOR YOUR INSURANCE!!!\r \r we have had nothing but repeat problems and unresolved issues using this office for our flood insurance. we signed up before the fema reports to lock us into a lower rate before the reports came in. the first issue we had was one of the brokers informed us that we were over-insured for the value of our home and recommended lowering it. so we did. a year later, we receive a letter from our mortgage company stating we are now UNDER insured. we have also received numerous letters from our mortgage company stating that we had NO flood insurance because someone in this office entered in our information incorrectly. they had the wrong address listed. it took 5 RE-ISSUES of our policy for them to actually fix the issue. THEN, they refused to contact our mortgage company directly with the proper information.\r \r it seems like this office just doesn't have it's act together. they do not fix their own mistakes, and i honestly wonder if they know wha more

Because of the freak storm that hit us last month, the roof of my home was severely damaged. When I reported it to Bill Clifton's office, I received immediate attention, despite it being a weekiend. I couldn't ask for better assistance and would highly recommend his service to anyone in need of important insurance more

William Clifton is a fairly good person, and looks out for the best interests of his clients, his employees, and his community. The office is full of friendly, understanding people, and the pressure is off in that building. Would recommend to anyone. more
