We've had our home and vehicles insurance coverage with Rick Case Insurance Agency for about around 20 years. Rick Case and his team continue to deliver excellent customer service to all my family members anytime we have questions or are need to review or update our coverage. They provide us with many options and applicable discounts to make sure we are getting the best coverage for our money. We've built a great relationship with Rick's agency and trust them with all our insurance needs. We are blessed to have this professional team behind us. more

calm and reassuring 12/22/2016

Rick Case was very kind, very clear, and explained things of which I was not unaware. It is very important to me that Rick was very calm and reassuring. I could not remember everything he told me, so he called my husband and explained to him, too. I appreciate Rick very much. Thank you! more

Review for Rick Case Ins. 12/8/2016

I just want to take a minute to let you know how ABSOLUTELY AMAZING that Chase, Tony & Rick has been. I can call them on a moments notice and need a copy of my Declarations Sheet or copy's of my car insurance verification's & by the time I have hung the phone up, What ever I needed is there waiting on me. You will NOT find a friendlier staff anywhere you look. I know I have done comparisons. The Rick Case Agency and it's employees are GREAT!!! more
