Responsive and helpful 6/11/2012

called Renee after a car accident and she explained what information I needed to get and how to file a claim. If I leave a voicemail, she will always call me back. more

Expensive for poor service 3/29/2012

Renee was frumpy from the start. After two bad experiences with her I decided to switch insurance companies. Now I am saving $315 every 6 months on my auto policy and I am saving $265 every year on my home owners policy all for the same coverages. More than anything the people are friendly, helpful, and answer every stupid question I have without losing patience. more

Go somewhere else for insurance. 3/8/2012

I had nothing but bad experiences with Renee including no help with a claim, arguments about why I would want to opt out of Farmers sharing my personal data which I ended up having to call Farmers directly about... all the way to the end when I requested my policy cancelled for her to hang up on me. Go somewhere else for insurance. more
