Horrible Service 1/30/2012

Farmers Insurance agents, particularly this one, are unresponsive, and do not pay attention to your questions. I asked about a quote for adding jewelry to my rental insurance, and they automatically added it to mine. Then when I tried to leave my insurance policy, I get no response from them and sent straight to the collection agency. Horrible service! Here are some websites that will tell you about Farmers track record as an insurance company. www.farmersinsurancegroupsucks And look up Consumer Affairs Off wiki, you'll see Farmers receives the most complaints of all insurance companies. Stay away from them and the agent Natalie Arola. more
