I am very satisfied with Farmers Insurance!\r A rock hit my window and chipped it and I called my agent and told her what happened and she took care of the whole thing! When I had a question about my billing they were right there to help me and when I needed to make late payment arrangements they were helpful and understanding. I trust their judgements and advice and am very comfortable putting my first car in their hands. I would definitely recommend Michele Jasperson, Farmers Insurance. more

Michele and company provide the best customer service I have ever experienced from an Insurance agency. They take the extra time to call and follow up on claims as well as make sure I have the proper coverage. They also took the time to find the best rates and/or discounts, looking for a long term customer relationship, rather than making a buck over the short term. \r Good Advice. Ethical Company. I'd highly recommend. more
