I have been with Farmers and Michael Tomsick since 1985 and they have always been professional and honest. I always get personal service and I'm able to speak with his staff to take care of my concerns and needs. The best thing I like is they call me at least 2 times a year to see if I would like to do a review. They stay in touch with me and they let me know they are there to service me and my insurance needs unlike most 1-800 companies.\r Thanks Michael!!!!!\r \r ddodson more

Do not use Michael Tomsick Insurance! This is the least professional organization I've ever worked with. I had a 4 month policy with them 3 years ago and now received a phone call or text on my personal cell phone once a month. On every contact I have asked them to place me on their 'do not contact' list but they persist. They made it extremely difficult to pay my bill when I did have the policy. Would not accept payment online or in person. When I finally decided to change because of their poor customer service they sent me to collections although I had a new insurance agent and company. I urge you to find a different agent even if you do use Farmers Insurance. more

Outstanding Service! 8/18/2008

I would highly reccomend this Insurance Agency to any of my peers. In fact, I already have!\r Michael and his son run such a professional agency and they are always on task. Whenever I have a question, it is always answered in a timely manner. \r Not only is agency great, the insurance is unbeatable. Sure it may be a bit more pricey than the local companies but you can't get all the coverage that Farmers offers. \r If you are investigating which insurance company to go with, my only advice is go with how much coverage you get as opposed to price. In the end, it will always be worth it to have more coverage. Pros: Friendly employees, prompt service, unbeatable coverage. Cons: Nothing I can think of. more
