Great experience 3/21/2014

Michael Norris is a wonderful insurance agent. He's intelligent, trustworthy, and straightforward. He's very responsive and returned my call within the hour. I felt like he really gave us his personal attention and care in helping us make a decision on switching insurance groups. He was very thorough about explaining the insurance sector and gave us a lot of great, cost-efficient suggestions based on our savings plan. We've been using him for the last four months and like how approachable he is. We're very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend him. more

Very helpful 3/13/2014

Michael Norris - Farmers Insurance Group took over after I changed my agent and he handled it well. He gave me different quotes and explained things to me. He explained to me that if I got the car insurance packaged with the house, it would be priced better so I stayed. The girl who answers the phone was very helpful when I called to change something on my policy for a car loan. more

Mike is very good. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with him. We had insurance with another company and switched to farmers. We have cut our insurance bill in half. Mike is very knowledgeable and upbeat. He has really been a blessing. I found out recently that he has only been there a year but worked in the industry previously. He is very informative. more

From day one, Michael Norris was very courteous and tried to find me the best policy I needed for my vehicle. He always gave me callback numbers and explained everything in great detail. more
