Worst customer service ever - and i was trying to renew my policy. Cannot imagine what it would be like if i had a claim to file. So bad I was forced to hang up to avoid being treated any worse than I was. I will do bsuiness with Farmers in the future but not with this Tommy Johnson Agency - EVER. can you imagine - you want to renew your policy you have some concerns over how it was set up originally and wna those cleared up - so you can renew.... and you get treated so disrepectfully you have to hang up??? more
