I got my auto insurance with Amanda since May of this year. I just recently changed my bank, and I forgot to tell Amanda, so the electronic draft didn?t go through last month. Next thing I know, I got bill in the mail with late fees and cancellation notice.
I called Amanda, she was really nice about the whole situation. She not only apologized for something that honestly was not her fault, but also paid my late fees and updated my new bank account information. It made me feel kind of bad in the end. It is the little things like that make you want to send all your friend her way.
