I have been a customer off and on since 1997. I have always had a good experience with sales people, ease of shopping and easy finance. That is until now. I bought a recliner from this store. I also bought an extended warranty to protect it. 2 years and 2 months later, the back of the chair broke. I live in a household with no children, no animals on the furniture. I was shocked that the back of the chair literally just reclined without coming back up. I called the store to ask about the warranty and found out expired. I explained to the person answering the phone no abuse on the furniture. She said she would ask the manager what I could do. She would call me back. Two weeks later I called her back. Nothing was resolved, she had no answers, and told me if she could help me there would be a fee.... again I have heard nothing. I am surprised by the lack of care for the customer after the sale. I am sad to say I will never be back. When I bought a living room resemtly I chose to buy from someone else. Customer service means everything. Because the sale was final they had no interest in me as a customer.
