I found a piece of black hair in my cheesesteak which was appalling. I called and asked for manager to reimburse me but she said I needed to bring the cheesesteak back, which is a 20 mile drive for me.\r

First of all, I am NOT even in need of a refund for $4. But the fact that I didn't eat it, I felt it was owed back to me. When I explained what I found, the manager told me she didn't have anyone with ""black hair"" in her kitchen. Funny, because when I went through drive through, the workers all seemed hispanic WITH black hair. \r

I called corporate, who have been more than nice in resolving the situation (I didn't get a refund) but she was nice enough to take my side and apologize for the incident. IF the manager just apologized, then that would've been okay, but the fact that she came back and said she didn't employ anyone with black hair was a direct insult to me.\r

I wouldn't recommend this place. I'm sure other farmer boy places are fine, but this one in particular has horrible service from the manager herself (who also claimed to be the owner)\r

I told my coworkers who also told me that a few months ago, they got chili cheese fries and in their ground beef on top of the fries, there was a grounded bone in there. That's how unsanitary this place seems to me.\r

Pros: NOTHING
Cons: Hair in food, bone in ground beef, HORRIBLE service from manager who didn't believe me
