Technologically backwards. Only accept payment in the form of cash, check, or money order. Their deposit to start service is outrageously high, and is required of everyone regardless of credit score. Their staff is rude. All around, if there were ANY other option for water service in this area of Cantonment, I would avoid them. Unfortunately, I have no choice. Sad, however, that they refuse to update to at least be able to accept credit cards.
