The Farm's new groomer 12/10/2010

The Farm has a new groomer who is fabulous! I took my dog there because my usual groomer was unavailable. What a surprise! She has never looked better. Her coat was super soft and shiny, and she smelled great. My usual groomer is now my old groomer, thanks to Amethyst at The Farm! more

Doggie Daycare Delight 4/5/2010

My Jack Russell goes to The Farm for Dog's Day Out and always has so much fun that I wonder if she wants to come home! She can't wait to get out of the car when we drive up. Anyone who has a JRT knows how energetic they are and when she goes to The Farm for the day, she always sleeps like a baby that night. I love the beautiful setting and always feel so good about leaving her. The staff is always professional and kind, and go out of their way to tell me all about my dog's day and new playmates. They make me feel like my dog is their favorite customer! I would never take my dog anywere else! Pros: Beautiful setting, great staff Cons: None! more

Best Luxury Pet Resort My Dogs Have EVER Boarded At 3/10/2010

I've boarded my dogs at other resorts in town and they don't come close to the accommodations and care that they get at The Farm. My dogs don't want to come home when I pick them up. The suites are one-of-a-kind, the staff is caring, reliable and experienced, the grounds are beautiful! I can't say enough nice things about The Farm. Pros: Caring and Dependable Staff and Beautiful Suites and Grounds Cons: None that I can think of more

Best Facility I have ever seen!!!! 1/15/2009

This is the most awesome place to board. We don't have a dog, we have a baby girl and at The Farm, was treated just like one. She had never been boarded until last November when we left her at The Farm. She did great and so did the staff! Knowing that she was scared, they really focused on making her comfortable and give her a safe feeling. She absolutely loved the TV and daily walks. When we had to leave her last week, we did not hesitate to take her to The Farm. They were so ready for her, they had all the notes from her previous stay of her likes and dislikes and needs. Every time that we called to check on her, they went to actually look at her and see what she was doing and read her charts to see what the handlers had noted. We even recieved an email (Thanks to Karen) from our baby with pictures and a note from her while we were gone. The farm may be pricey to some, but to us it is worth every dollar to ensure the safety and happiness of our baby. I have yet to meet anyone associated with The farm that is not courteous, helpful and friendly. They are all so good with animals and all their quirks - they know what they are doing and know their stuff. I can not say enough good about this facility. They are the best! Pros: Literally everything more

Boarders Beware 12/26/2008

Extremely Overpriced!!! I boarded my pets there once, and will never go again! When I went to pick them up, my bill was almost $300. more than I was quoted when I dropped them off. The staff seemed too inexperienced. Your basically doing business with a bunch of children. When you quote a price you should honor it! And its crazy that you should have to pay extra for them to even feed your pet while they are there...AND... if you want your pet to be let out of their room to exercise at all, guess what, It costs extra!! This is the part they forgot to tell me about. There are several boarding/daycare facilities in the area that offer way more than this for about half the cost. I can't see where my pets were treated any better than any other daycare that we have used in the past, we just paid twice as much as we usually do. Please, do your research!! Pros: not enough for the price Cons: to many to list more

Avg service but way overpriced 10/21/2008

$52 a night is a little rediculous, the dogs are taken care of but nothing out of the norm or exciting. Pros: Location Cons: Price more

Overpriced and Stuffy and Rude,Way out of the Way,Not Recommend 2/22/2008

Overpriced ! The Front Desk Staff was very rude.Over $50 a night and all extras very costly ! The boarding staff looked very very young. The rooms were very small and isolated . The Extras were so costly, We felt our Dog would be very sad in a small isolated room. The property looked very rough, and not inproved. We are New to the area, And We Have Boarded Our Pets ,This Farm is not for our family! Cons: costly, bad location, rude more

Overpriced and odd selection of amenities 7/26/2007

We needed a kennel in a hurry and others were full, so we visited the Farm. Very nice property with nice people working there. However, it's more then $50 a night (and extra if you want to pick up in the afternoon) and the dogs are isolated for most of the day in small completely enclosed rooms. You can pay additional for play time, if I remember correctly. I think the cost comes from the fact that each room has a little doggie mattress and a TV. Pros: Nice people, nice area, nice mattress Cons: Pricey, Isolated rooms, pricey more
