I have noticed the comments written in this section have been negative and written by people who obviously have had a relationship with on-site management personnel who are either no longer with the company or work for FWM and have no respect for the person who signs their paycheck. The properties are beautiful and the employees are fantastic. While no one is perfect, at The Aspens, Management and the owners of Far West do strive to make The Aspens a place every resident wants to come home to. Management is not the problem here. It is the owner. I have heard from management how the owner is a very negative pain in the ... He never has nothing nice to say. He is a power hungry mongrowl. When someone comes in and runs a property well, he fires them for no good reasons. I have lived in the Aspens for awhile now and will be leaving shortly because I am so sick of this owner. I do not want to give one more cent to this jerk. He will never be happy and it's his own fault. He has had some very well organized and caring people work for him but he gets rid of them as soon as he can. God forbid anyone make a little mistake and rain on his parade!! This is a great place to live if you never have an emergency maintenance request or need to speak with the after hours office staff. Follow Through and Sincerity are not high on the list and that is very disappointing. Pros: Beautiful Big Back Yard Cons: Poor Maintenance and Lousy After Hours Staff more

The staff of Aspen Village has to be the most insincere and oblivious bunch of people I've ever met. Pros: Running Water Cons: Run by Psychotic Morons more

i was at the aspens and was enjoying the walk through with Meghan, who was very helpful, and knew a lot about the property. i was going to rent there because of the scenery and office lady's, but i called back to get Meghan and found out she was let go because of some HORRIBLE reasons. she was a great person. i have done my research and seen that they don't take care of the employees and really don't care about the tenants. that's TERRIBLE , this place is way over priced. i will not come back because of this. let me know if you get your staff back.UNTIL THEN I WILL TELL PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY, AND TELL THEM ABOUT THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE HEAD OFFICE. If living there is so terrible....then why live there....if management is unhelpful...then why live there...why not just get out of your lease and go and look some where else.....I'm sure you could...If there were so many things wrong with the landscaping...then why live there...if there wasn't any visitor parking...then why live there...obviously you are having problems with being there...so why be there...it seems to me that you just like to complain when maybe things don't go your way....why not try to ask how to make things better for yourself...just leave...I have been to this property on a few occasions and every time I have went in to the office I am greeted with a smile and am always asked how may I help you. I have never had a problem with the manager or the assistant manager. And I love the property! It is beautiful...and as for the bees and wasp and all other bugs.....i'm sorry but don't they have an exterminator there every Wednesday? And I myself have actually done some research in calling my local police station and asking for the crime rate in the area....and if there was anything that i needed to be made aware of with in that complex and the officer said no....they might have a noise complaint but that the residents are polite and accommodating.....and I'm sorry but did you not know that you live in RIVERSIDE.......crime rate....uh duh....you don't live in some upper class neighborhood that has armed guards at every entrance.......and i do believe that their are signs at both gates saying...and I quote ""Tow Away No Parking any time violators subject to citation and/or tow at owner's expense"" And by the way how would you feel if you came home and there are unauthorized vehicles taking your parking spaces that you pay for......you would want them gone just as much as the next person......and if you think that the management is so under experienced that I would challenge you to do their job...I love the Aspens and their management!!!!!
