The owner refuses to post prices because she stated that she ""can charge whatever she wants because this is Palos Verdes."" She charged 20 for a simple child's haircut and then became rude when questioned why the price was so high. Do yourself a favor and drive down Chrenshaw and pay less. The owner is a terrible representative of the franchise. more
