Sandra Loa and Joe Murphy did an amazing job of providing immediate service, expert advice and selection, competitive prices, and quick service (the likes of which nothing compares). The workmanship, quality, timeliness, and expertise absolutely cannot be beat. I am thrilled with the end result and I highly recommend them. Fantastic, just as the name say! Sandra found the perfect carpet to work with the unusual colors in my home. She stayed within my budget and got the carpets installed quickly. I couldn't have done it without her. Now my house looks nice again! more

We bought a house and had gone to Home Depot to get new carpet and they told us it would take five weeks but we were moving in three. So we drove around and saw Fantastic Floors. We hadn't realized it was appointment only when we walked in but they took us anyway and in two weeks, we had carpet! We found Fantastic Floors after driving by their Kirkland warehouse. After checking Yelp reviews we decided to call and make an appointment to look at samples with Sandra. She was incredibly accommodating and was able to meet us fairly late in the evening after my husband got off of work. She was a joy to work with. Friendly, professional, knowledgably, and, most importantly, honest. With her help we saved thousands of dollars by picking the flooring choices that most fit our lifestyle instead of what was the nicest. After we made our choices Joe was able to come measure our new house on a day that fit with our real estate agent's schedule. Work began a few days after we closed and was finished right on schedule. The hard floor guys were friendly and personable and did an amazing job. We weren't quite as impressed with he carpet guy's work but overall we're incredibly happy with our new floors. The few problems we had (a bathroom door that was slightly damaged during the work) were quickly addressed and Sandra was very responsive on both phone and email. I'd work with Fantastic Floors again and highly recommend them to anyone! more

I asked Sandra to completely recarpet my house with a weeks notice. She helped me pick carpets that met my needs and helped me to save a little money as well. She installed my carpets when she said they would. All in all an excellent experience and I would use them again. more

I would of picked the wrong materials for sure if it was not for your good advice! I had no idea there was so much of difference between grades, brands and pad. more

We needed to get my brothers house on the market and it needed some updates to say the least. We contacted Fantastic Floors to get a bid and they were out the very next day. They offered multiple choice on carpets and flooring in all price ranges. Once the selections were made, the installation followed within a week. Amazing. They came back several times to make sure that the carpets were vacuumed, the floors sweep clean, it was very refreshing. I would recommend them to any of my friends. A wholehearted 5-star here! I co-run a GC business that buys carpet and flooring quite a bit. I'd been purchasing my flooring elsewhere when my favorite carpet installer turned me on to Fantastic Floors. He was so persuasive about their knowledge and expertise in the industry, and how "nice" they were, that I was launched out of my flooring rut and into their showroom. Thank goodness. Everything he said was absolutely accurate. On top of that, I was impressed with how lightning fast Sandra caught on to my carpeting needs. I run pretty quick, but her ability to come up with the perfect carpeting solution for my current job, as well as anticipating my future needs was.....well, awe inspiring and a relief. They also showed me some flooring options I hadn't even heard of that were wonderful. I can't wait to use them.
