I just recently ordered flowers at Fancy FLowers (order number 42626) for my wife for valentine and she did not get her flowers. I called the very next day, but their line was busy the whole day. Then i called the following day, it took me 1 hour to get an answer. I told the lady what happen and told her my wife didn't get her flowers. I paid 120 for them. She did not apologize or anything. All she said was ""let me call the driver and see what happen and I will call you back soon."" Three hours passed and i didn't get a call. I had to called back and complained again and to see why I didnt get a call. She said the driver didnt call her back yet. WHat a BS. So I asked for my refund which they did but they didnt give me any compensation or an apology. Worst of all, they sent me an email today saying thank you for buying flowers from them. I would never buy anything from them again. And I hope whoever read this, buy somewhere else.
