Worst

Called in the morning about an available parrot. Drove an hour to see him... very cute... perfect for what I wanted. Went in another room to check out other birds and a worker cam...

Called in the morning about an available parrot. Drove an hour to see him... very cute... perfect for what I wanted. Went in another room to check out other birds and a worker came in and told me he was sold yesterday but forgot to tell owner. Very rude with me... no remorse. Walked out crying more

Fancy Feathers Exotic Birds not a very good experience 10/16/2007

I have a much different experience at Fancy Feathers. In search for a parrot I went to several stores and got various ideas on what makes a good parent. When I went to Fancy Feathers I found the owner to be rude, abrupt and at times obnoxious, and the girl behind the counter displayed very little knowledge when asked questions. Although the store was full of birds, very few were for sale. more

Fancy Feathers 9/2/2007

They stink, want to get in and get out with your purchase, pack a lunch and hang out. Owner can't seem to get what you need in a timely manner. and items they use to stock which my birds were use to having, seems as though they are un orderable.....I let all my friends know, stay away if you want complete customer care. Also there are so many birds "NOT" for sale it is terrible. more

Fancy Feathers, " The only place to purchase your next best friend ". 5/23/2007

If you love birds you must see this place.The amount of LOVE these birds get you would think they were all of their birds. Half of them actually are. This is the only place I know where they would turn down a sale if they thought for a second that you wouldn't be a good parent to the bird. More knowledgable than any store in the tri-state area. I've seen so many people come in with birds they purchased elsewhere and have major problems, only to have them take care of what should of never happened. All of their staff are extremely knowledgable. Most birds are also bred on site. You must see this place to beleive it. Doug ~ more

Finest Selection of Fancy Feathers Around! 10/19/2005

If you fancy parrots, this is the store for you! You will see everything from very small conures to blue hyacinth. Their selection of baby parrots is magnificent! The shop is very clean and the birds are very well cared for. Fancy feathers stocks a wide range of bird supplies... Everything from cages to toys and food that smells so good... you'll want to taste it yourself. They also offer bird boarding services, and grooming services(nail clipping, feather trimming, etc.) It is worth a visit just to get a peek at their free flight aviary. Fancy feathers is a little gem on the Black Horse Pike. Children love to visit! more
